PHARMASCIENCE UNIVERSITY

We offer various leadership development programs through this initiative to emerging and established leaders within the company, providing specialized training in everything from project management to communication. We also provide assistance for continuing education. Our "pay it forward" philosophy means every employee has the chance to coach and train others. Knowledge and collaboration are the cornerstones of the Pharmascience University.

AT PHARMASCIENCE, WE GIVE OUR EMPLOYEES EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND GROW WITH THE COMPANY.

GRADUATE AND SUMMER INTERN PROGRAMS

Our goal with this companywide internship program is to help develop the next generation of leaders. Every summer, we invite 30 interns to work in our different divisions, where they have the chance to meet with members of our executive team to gain invaluable insight into the business world.

03.INVOLVEMENT

CHILDREN FOCUSED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Not only are we committed to developing leaders within the Pharmascience team, we also offer leadership programs for our employees' kids. Every year, we send one child on an all-expenses-paid summer experience with Outward Bound Canada. We also host an annual Youth Leadership Day event, where 200-plus kids are invited to get hands-on leadership training and experience.

MORRIS GOODMAN COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP DAY

Every September, in honour of our founder Morris Goodman's birthday, Pharmascience employees have the opportunity to go out into the community and volunteer their time to help those in need.

Leave for Change: In partnership with Uniterra, we select one employee every year to travel abroad (al-expenses-paid) and apply their skills to an ongoing project in a developing country.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Rosalind Goodman Volunteer Action Program: Every year, we reward five employees for their volunteering efforts by donating $1,000 to the cause closest to their hearts.

Pharmascience Sports Team Sponsorship Program: We offer a sponsorship fund of $250 every year to 20 of our employees, or 20 of their children or grandchildren, who are involved with sports teams either as coaches or players.

Student Awards Program: We provide five of our employees' children or grandchildren with a bursary of $2,500 through this program, to use towards their higher education.
